All our data is stored on an encrypted database and all end-to-end communications are also encrypted.
Yes it does. Both on purchases and sales Intuendi supports multiple currencies. For each supplier or sales channel, you can assign specific currencies.
Communication and vendor management can be handled in various ways but the most common is through your ERP system as Intuendi can push your data directly to your ERP allowing for seamless integration. Alternatively, if desired, Intuendi can communicate directly with your vendor through email or other alternative methods.
For all plans technical support for the Service is included in the Customer’s subscription fee. Customer Support is provided by Intuendi via e-mail during Intuendi’s ordinary office hours at support@intuendi.com. Intuendi aims to respond to the Customer’s questions within two businesses days but no guarantees on a specific response time are given. Intuendi only provides technical support to ensure the best usage of the Service (e.g. troubleshooting, user data generation issues, help in setting user accounts, etc.).
Yes, the tool can assist you on inventory management with purchase order suggestions considering a limit budget spend.

Any user can draft a purchase order. The system will keep track of which user created this PO. The main user can then approve the draft.
Intuendi will pull your stock tracking data from your ERP system. Inventory management, or better yet inventory planning, is handled within Intuendi. The tool will provide you with an overview of stock quantities, evolution (including pending orders, back orders, and partial sales), and the overall healthiness of your inventory.
This is one of our main features. Intuendi will suggest purchase orders based on accurate forecasts and real-time inventory levels using user-defined reordering policies.

Intuendi can keep track of backorders and consider these “to ship” from the moment replenishment is available.
If these are revised or changed within Intuendi, then the updates will be pushed to your ERP. Viceversa, if they are updated within your ERP system, Intuendi will pull the updated data and correct the inventory evolution accordingly.
Yes indeed. Our dashboard is growing in functionality every day, providing both historical and predictive analytics on your business.
Intuendi, while providing data and analytics, is not a financial tool. Refunds related to purchase orders are outside the scope of Intuendi. As for the stock levels after a return, these are updated with the correct data with each refresh.
